What you can make
You create the operations you offer and the inputs your machines can take. Whatever you leave out, the customer never sees — so they cannot order it.
Forgmatic makes nothing — you do. What it does is work out a price from your own rate card and take the order at the moment you have no hand free for the phone. This page walks that path from three sides: what you set up, what your customer sees while doing it, and what lands on your desk.
One session in the admin. After that you only go back in when something actually changes.
You create the operations you offer and the inputs your machines can take. Whatever you leave out, the customer never sees — so they cannot order it.
Machine rates, labour rates, flat fees, surcharges, minimum billable quantity, quantity discounts. You assemble the formula in the admin: it is your way of pricing work, not ours.
You enter how much you get through in a given week and which delivery speeds you offer. The date the customer sees comes from that — not from a number we made up.
At your address, in your colours, with your logo. That we are running behind it is not something they find out.
They land on your page and upload a file or fill in the brief. No account to create, nobody to call.
Forgmatic reads the brief, works out the price from the rates you set, and shows the breakdown along with the earliest date your capacity can actually hold.
They change inputs or quantity and the price recalculates. Only combinations your machines can handle are offered.
They finish the order on your own site. The money goes to your account, not through us.
You can walk this part live. The demo shop is the same site you get — just filled with practice data.
Walk it on the demo shopUp to this point you never had to know the enquiry existed. Now it is a job.
With the file, the parameters, the price and the customer's contact details. Nothing to retype.
Production board with dates, stock, material write-off, purchase orders to suppliers. The job crosses the shop inside one system.
Invoice in a numbered series, proforma, credit note. Nothing to assemble alongside in another program.
Opening a shop is free and commits you to nothing. Take one of your recent quotes and see whether Forgmatic would have priced it the same.
