How it works in your shop
Forgmatic makes nothing — you do. What it does is work out a price from your own rate card and take the order at the moment you have no hand free for the phone. This page walks that path from three sides: what you set up, what your customer sees while doing it, and what lands on your desk.
What you set up
One session in the admin. After that you only go back in when something actually changes.
How you price it
Machine rates, labour rates, flat fees, surcharges, minimum billable quantity, quantity discounts. You assemble the formula in the admin: it is your way of pricing work, not ours.
When you can deliver
You enter how much you get through in a given week and which delivery speeds you offer. The date the customer sees comes from that — not from a number we made up.
What your customer sees
At your address, in your colours, with your logo. That we are running behind it is not something they find out.
They say what they need
They land on your page and upload a file or fill in the brief. No account to create, nobody to call.
They get a price from your rate card
Forgmatic reads the brief, works out the price from the rates you set, and shows the breakdown along with the earliest date your capacity can actually hold.
They adjust the brief
They change inputs or quantity and the price recalculates. Only combinations your machines can handle are offered.
They order and pay
They finish the order on your own site. The money goes to your account, not through us.

Invoice in a numbered series, proforma, credit note. Nothing to assemble alongside in another program.
