Your customer gets a price from your own rates before you could pick up the phone.
Your customer uploads a file on your site and sees a binding price and lead time within 30 seconds. That price becomes an order, and the order runs through the shop to the invoice — nothing gets retyped. You set it up yourself in an afternoon and can start with the quoting tool alone; your accounting stays where it is.

How it works
Four steps. Set it up once, then it runs itself.
- 01
Load in your price list
Materials, dimensions, finishes, machine and labour rates, rush surcharges, quantity discounts. Set it once — and when your input costs go up, you change the rate in one place.
- 02
We hook it up to your site
We embed the calculator on your site, or you get your own page at something like quote.your-shop.com. Your logo, your colours, your domain.
- 03
Your customer uploads a file
Forgmatic reads it, prices it from your price list and shows the earliest date you can actually hit. You don't even know yet.
- 04
The order lands in your inbox
With the file, the parameters, the price and the customer's details — and it is waiting in your admin too. You confirm the date and get to work.
Already have a website?
Two lines put the quoting tool on it.
Nothing has to move. Paste these two lines into your own site and your customer uploads a drawing right there — your rates work out the price and the lead time, and the order lands with you.
On every plan, Free included. Your own snippet and the list of allowed addresses are in the admin.

If you can make it, you can price it here.
An operation here is an ordinary record: what the customer fills in, which rates the price is built from, and what comes off the stock. You put it together in the admin — which is why the thing only you do fits in here too. This is what is running today:
Povrchové úpravy
Povrchové úpravy pro kovové díly — anodizace, broušení, práškový lak a další. Dostupné typy spravuje administrátor přes katalog.
3D tisk
3D tisk z plastů (PLA, PETG, ABS) i prototypových materiálů. Nahrajete STL, vyberete orientaci, materiál a počet kusů
STLLaserové řezání
Přesné řezání DXF souborů z plechu — ocel, hliník, nerez. Komerční využití i kusová výroba.
DXF
3 operations are ready to go right now. Not the one you need? You can easily build your own.
What is behind it
What Forgmatic takes off your hands.
You still set the price
Machine-hour rates, labour, a flat fee per job, a rush surcharge, a discount from the fifth piece. No ready-made tables to work around. And when something is left unset, Forgmatic says so out loud instead of inventing a price.
It won't offer what you couldn't make
Forgmatic knows what your machines take. A material, a size or a finish none of them can handle is never shown to the customer, and a part that fits nothing is refused before it becomes an order — no more „sorry, we can't actually do that“ phone calls.
Lead times from your own capacity
You enter how much you get through in a given week. Forgmatic offers the nearest date you can actually hit, and pushes it out when you are full — instead of promising on your behalf.
The customer and the money stay yours
Your customer sees your company, your domain, your colours; they never learn we are behind it — not even when you hand the job to a partner. Payments run through Stripe Connect into your account, not ours, and our percentage comes off only once the order is fulfilled.
The rest of the shop follows on
The order carries on into a production board dated by critical path, stock with batches, low-stock alerts and purchase orders. Customers, companies, suppliers and your own team in one address book. Three spreadsheets and an inbox fewer.
The paperwork is already inside
Sequential invoice series, proforma, credit notes and the Czech VAT recapitulation. Reverse charge, OSS/IOSS, VIES VAT-number checks, the EC Sales List. Company lookup from the national business register. Data resident in the EU.

Do the sum
How much time goes into hand-written quotes?
Just your two numbers multiplied together — no claim about revenue or jobs won. And some of those enquiries arrive when nobody is at the desk.
Frequently asked
What you want to know before you try it.
It starts as a quote and doesn't stop there. The same order carries on into stock with batches and reservations, purchase orders to suppliers, a production board that dates work against your real capacity, labels, part traceability and a compliant invoice. You can take just the quoting part. The rest sits there for when you want it.
The platform knows no manufacturing operation at all — not even laser cutting. An operation is a data record: what the customer has to enter, what formula turns that into a price, and what it draws from stock. On a paid plan you assemble one yourself in the admin; on Free you pick from the ones already there. Either way, it isn't decided on our roadmap.
The Free plan is free forever — up to 200 inquiries a month, within caps on operations, materials, machines and users. Paid plans raise the caps. On top of the subscription we charge a transaction fee: a percentage of each completed order, taken out of money that has already reached you. Paid plans cap it per month; Free doesn't. Nothing up front, no setup fee, no annual minimum — the exact percentages and caps are on the Pricing page.
Yes, and we'd rather say it up front: the shop is created once your card is verified through Stripe. Nothing is held on it and nothing is charged — it sits ready so upgrading is one click, and so shops aren't opened by bots. The Free plan never draws on it.
Signing up takes two minutes, then a wizard walks you through it. The formula that computes your price is assembled with the mouse from tiles — rates, geometry, brackets, min, max — not by writing code. Two things take real work: your price list, and the skill matrix, meaning what your machines can actually make. Without the matrix an order won't clear checkout — deliberately, because the system shouldn't promise something nobody on your floor can produce.
They write to you. Form messages and e-mails land in one inbox in the admin and thread themselves; anything arriving by mail brings its attachments along, so a photo or a PDF doesn't end up in a different folder. You then build the quote by hand — lines, operations, price, proforma. The customer gets a link and accepts in one click. From that point it's an ordinary order, with the same history as the ones priced automatically.
Yours. Payments go through Stripe Connect straight to your account, not through us. The customer sees your domain, your logo and your colours; our own mark stays visible on invoices and e-mails until you move to a plan with white labelling. The data sits in the EU. You can export it yourself at any time, and if you drop from a paid plan back to Free the features switch off and anything over the caps is frozen, but the data stays yours.
Rates, materials, machine capacity and surcharges you change yourself, and the change applies to the next inquiry immediately. No release, no ticket on our side. And what deliberately doesn't move: an issued invoice and a closed order keep their snapshot, so rewriting the price list never rewrites your history.

Give your customer a price now.
Before somebody else does.
Upload your own files, set your own price list, and see for yourself. The Free plan runs at no cost with no time limit — we verify a card at sign-up and never charge it. If it doesn't stick you stop — and you'll still know, for the first time, what hand-quoting is costing you.
